Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and size of your order. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, with the terms for free shipping clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Doa Botanicals aims to ship your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary:
- Within the Netherlands and Belgium: 1-3 business days.
- International: 5-14 business days, depending on the destination country. Please note that external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays may cause shipping delays.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace number (if available). This allows you to track your package and see the real-time status of your delivery.
Responsibility for Address Details
Please ensure that your address details are correct during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete address information may lead to delays or additional costs for reshipping. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Shipping Methods
We work with reliable shipping partners such as PostNL, UPS, DHL and FedEX, depending on your location and the weight of the package. The choice of carrier may vary by order.
Delivery in Case of Absence
If you are not home during the first delivery attempt, the carrier will usually make a second delivery attempt or deliver the package to a nearby pickup point. Be sure to follow the Track & Trace code for up-to-date information on your shipment.
International Orders & Customs Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or other additional import fees may apply. These costs are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package. Doa Botanicalsis not responsible for these additional charges.
Loss or Damage
If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue, such as replacing the product or offering a refund.
Return Policy
We hope you love Doa Botanicals products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. No worries! You can easily return products as long as you send the item back in its original condition within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, the product must be: unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original, sealed packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined for health and hygiene reasons. If a product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Important Information:
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to process your return.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after the return is processed, using the original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely.
- Exclusions: Returns for discounted products are not accepted.
Packaging Tips:
To avoid damage during shipping, please use a sturdy cardboard box for your return.
Return Procedure:
To start a return, contact us at hello@doabotanicals.com or reply to your order confirmation email. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Doa Botanicals is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and resolve it. Kindly include photos of the damaged items when reaching out.
