Please read them carefully to fully understand what you can expect<br>from us and what obligations you have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 1: Definitions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In these terms, the following terms are defined as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DOA Botanicals:<\/strong> A company incorporated under Dutch law, based in Rotterdam, registered<br>with the Chamber of Commerce under number 95310363.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Website:<\/strong> The website of DOA Botanicals, found at www.doabotanicals.com and any<br>associated subdomains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User\/Consumer:<\/strong> A natural person who visits the Website or uses the services, products, or<br>information offered through the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product(s):<\/strong> The products offered through the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agreement:<\/strong> Any agreement between DOA Botanicals and the Consumer, including related<br>services, falling under these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 2: Applicability<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Website and to all agreements made via the<br>Website between DOA Botanicals and the Consumer. The Consumer has the right to cancel the agreement until this<br>confirmation is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DOA Botanicals may refuse an order or impose additional conditions if there are doubts<br>about the Consumer&#8217;s ability to pay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product descriptions on the Website are not binding offers from DOA Botanicals, but<br>are intended to invite the Consumer to make an offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Consumer makes an offer by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and<br>completing the ordering process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All prices on the Website include VAT and other taxes, unless stated otherwise. The average delivery time is 3-5<br>business days, unless otherwise stated. If a product is temporarily unavailable, DOA<br>Botanicals reserves the right to delay delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Loss or Damage During Delivery<\/strong>: DOA Botanicals is not liable for damage occurring<br>during delivery, unless the company itself is responsible for the delay or damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the delivery takes longer than expected, the Consumer will be notified.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 6: Right of Withdrawal and Returns<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the<br>products without giving a reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products must be returned unused, undamaged, unopened, and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Return Costs:<\/strong> The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the Consumer,<br>unless the product is defective or does not conform to the agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Loss or Damage During Return: <\/strong>The Consumer is responsible for the safe return of the<br>product. DOA Botanicals recommends using a track &amp; trace code when returning products.<br>DOA Botanicals is not responsible for loss or damage during the return process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund:<\/strong> DOA Botanicals will refund the purchase amount within 5-10 days after receiving<br>the returned product, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Consumer must notify DOA Botanicals of the right of withdrawal within 14 days via<br>hello@doabotanicals.com.
